The Oxford Paperback Dictionary has three definitions for this word:

discretion

kresh

Being discreet in one's speech, keeping secrets.
Good judgement, he acted with discretion.
Freedom to act according to one's judgement, the treasurer has full discretion.

I have found that this single word sums up my entire philosophy of life.
