This is Evil Shenlong, he will attack on random whenever he sees fit. Watch what he is doing because you may be first, or next. He will learn a new move every month, and while doing that his Pl will Raise higher, His PL raises 50% per day of training. Every battle he wins his PL will be restored, so watch out!!!!! After the Next Victom Shenlong will only gain 15% of his normal a day.
