Main Rules #1- You must obay the web-masters of this site or you will be deleted. #2- Each team on this site consists of 6 people including thier henchman. #3- You may not have more than one person on the site if we find out you will be deleted and if you come back you have to start at scratch. #4- When you join the site your character starts out with 500 credits, no whining please. You gain money by working for it. You do various jobs to get what you want, sneak attack and steal money from your opponent, wage money on a battle to another person, or search for money. #5-You start with your signature move no matter what level it is considered to be at. Your win/loss record will be in a table under your name on the roster, this will show how well you have done in fights. #6- Fighting people will be done by writing stories against each other and sent in e-mail to the web-masters, We judge and the better story wins. #7- By training alone with no weighted stuff on you will recieve 2% of your PL untill you wear something, you lose that 2% after putting something on for training. How the site Works! In order to get stronger on the site you must either fight, Learn moves under the Trainer list on the planet your on, or search for things. You get weighted stuff like Z Boots and Clothing that give you an extra % added to your PL every day. The higher your PL gets and the more moves you learn the stonger you get! The other functions on the site may slow you down like Evil Shenlong or Distractions, they attack when ever or happen when ever. They're also tournaments too that can be fun to win for a good PL raise, each battle you win you gain the percentage from your gear plus 100, and if you lose you gain the percentage from your gear and the losing levels prize. Other then that thier may be new things added in the site like quests and a new few things but if you read this and the rules you should understand the site perfectly........Thanx for listening (Mystic Gohan). About the Sensu's and raisin your Normal PL #1-First of all Sensu's are only for battle use to make it seem better, if you were hurt you can use it and get your strength back, but u still would be fatiqued. #2-Your Max PL can only be raised by resting or do endurance training. Endurance training will get you 10% of your Max PL added to your normal PL, but you will need to rest for 3 days with no PL gain after 3 days of this training is complete, you gain PL while edurance training is taking progress. Resting will get you 3% of your Max PL added a day, you do not gain any PL while doing this but is theoreticly faster than enduance training. #3-Sensu's can only be bought in Korin's Tower which you have to fly to. It takes the same amount of time as it does to get to Kami's, or in the Next Dimension. Fights #1-Each battle must be regulated meaning you have to tell us before hand, except for a sneak attack. #2=There are 4 different kinds of Fights: 1) Friendly Battle 2) Sneak Attack 3) Team Battle 4) Fight #3- Sneak Attacks are fights that you have when your opponent doesn't know about the fight. You get a random percentage.(ranges from 1-45%) #4- In a team battle, only 4 people can be on each team. The teams face of at each other to see who is the better of the teams. For a team battle each team must pick a leader. That person must write the story for the fight or it will not be accepted!!! The winners of the battle will recieve on a scale of 1-45% each. The losers of the battle will get a random percentage of 1-25% added to thier PL. #5- In a friendly battle 2 or more people fight each other to see whose better at fighting. The winner of the battle recieves a random percentage from 1-45%.The loser will recieve a random 1-25%. #6- A regular fight is a battle between two or more people who have a grudge against eachother, and would like to settle a score.The winner will recieve a random 1-45% PL. The loser of the match will recieve a random 1-25%. #7- Sneak Attacks, don't abuse them by constantly using them. I don't want to see nothing but sneak attacks. #8-This rule should be paid attention a lot. If you die in a fight you dont get any PL raise at all. Thats the bottom line. NO PL RAISE IF YOU DIE. Kami's,King Kais, and HFIL #1. It takes 2 days to travel to Kami's Place no matter what. Then you have to travel to the ND which takes 2 more days. After you get there you must travel down snake way to get to King Kai's, From there you must travel back down snake way and ask King Yuma to go down to HFIL. #2. It takes 14 Days to travel to King Kai's from Kami's if your Max PL is under 5000, It takes 11 days to travel there from Kami's if you have a Max PL under 10,000, and it takes 9 Days to get there if you have a Max PL over 10,000. If you have teleport and you have been to King Kai's before you may go there from Earth and it will only take 1 day. #3. From the ND you can travel to HFIL which will only take 1 day. But from King Kai's you must travel back down snake way and then go there from the ND. It takes the same time going to come back down Snake Way. Other World #1-You can only get to the Other World when King Kai is summoned there by the Grand Kai, who will hold a tournament. #2- Also you can only travel there if you are dead. #3- The tournament will consist of a bunch of dead people that r training on the Grand Kai's planet. #4- All the people that are taken there by King Kai will have to have a Max PL of over 10 million, and will also be able to compete in the tournament or train under one of the other 3 Kai's, South, East, or West. Weighted Stuff #1- All weighted stuff gives you a percent while training. #2-After a while the percentage decreases. I know its harsh, but it gets people to do other things. Distractions #1- Distrations may occur when you least expect it. These distractions will distract you from completing your task. #2- When a distration occurs you will stop wat your doing and, have to do what the distration says. #3- They may occur anytime, even when you are in a tournament, they can occur. #4- The distraction will be a story based thing. You will have to write a story on what is happening. #5- The story will be judged, and if they are good enough, then we will put it up that you won. But if it isnt good then we will write our own story and randomly decide your fait. Special events #1- Tournaments will be held every so often, and can be hosted by anyone. #2- Everyone you dont always have to Spar, train, or fight. You can submit ideas to us, to help us add new things to the site. #3- Also you can create ur own special event that you would like to host. It doesnt always have to be us that think of these things. Dragonballs #1-With the Earth Dragonballs: You may only make 2 wishes you cannot wish for Power-ups. You can Make up a wish. #2-Wish for Imortality which lasts for 7 Days and you can only kill 5 people. You may also wish for 1 item or to learn a move from another planet. #3-With the Namek Dragonballs: You have the same rules except you have 3 wishes instead of 2. #4-Finaly with the Black Star Dragonballs: You get 1 wish which is very powerful,and you can wish for almost anything. It just has to be approved of. POWERUPS Super Saiyan Level Chart- Full Super Saiyan L1- minimum Max PL = 12,000,000- normal PL increase by x3 and added to your PL Super Saiyan L2 - minimum Max PL = 24,000,000 - PL increase by x5 while in a fight Super Saiyan L3 - minimum Max PL = 72,500,000 - PL increase by x10 while in a fight YOU CANT GO ANY FURTHER WITHOUT LEARNING HOW TO SUPRESS OOZARU Super Saiyan L4 - minimum Max PL = 1,000,000,000 - PL increase by x20 while in fight Super Namek Level Chart- Ultimate Namek - minimum PL = 72,500,000 - PL increase by x15 while in a fight Super Android Level Chart- Ultimate Android - minimum PL = 120,500,000 - PL increase by x15 while in a fight Super Human Level/ Others Chart- Super Human/ Other L2 - minimum PL = 80,000,000 - PL increase by x8 while in a fight Perfect Human/ Other - minimum PL = 240,500,000 - PL increase by x16 while in a fight Kaioken Chart - #1- Once you reach SSJ, Super human, or any level like that you cannot use Kaioken anymore, because why would you need it. #2- If you decide not to go to 1 of those levels, then once you reach a PL of of 15,000,000 u cant use it anymore. When that time comes you will have to search for Kaioshin, the Supreme Kai in Other World. He will make your talents resurface but will drop your PL's to do it. #3- Kaio-ken is a PL raising move. It raises your normal and max up a certian percent when used for instance Super(Max) Kaioken raises both your normal PL and your Max PL up 15%.
