Promotions to the 3.League

Finals

Format
216 amateur clubs start the first round of the promotions. They are grouped into 36 groups with 6 teams each. Each group is then divided into two groups of three. Group games are played at a neutral site. First the sub group games are played and sub-groıup winners play the group final. The winner qualifies to the Second Round.
36 group winners are grouped into 6 groups of 6 clubs each and they play at neutral sites again. They are divided into two subgroups of three teams each. The winners of these subgroups play the group finals. The winners of the groups of this stage are promoted to the Turkish 3.League next year.
