Here's our list of demands (in no order):
must be 18-23
must have own gear (preferably having a cabinet of some sort)
must be able to contribute musically
must be a fan of either Diffuser, The Juliana Theory, The Get Up Kids, or some other cool band
must be able to play in and out of town (when required)
probably should live in the Omaha, NE or surrounding areas too
