In the Matter of the Estate of Ananias Thomas
Application to Sell Land fo Distribution

And Now on this day comes John C. Thomas the Administrator of the Estate Annanias Thomas deceased and presents to the court his petition in writing under Oath praying for an Order and proceeding to Sell certain lands herein after described for the purpose of division and distribution among the heirs and distributees Viz: West 1/2 of the S.E. 1/4 of Sec. 29 & S.W. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4 of Sec 32 T. 12 R 2 West, the N.W. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 of Sec 32 & S.E. 1/4 of S. E. 1/4 Sec. 29, the S.E. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4 of Sec 29 all in Township 13 R2 West. Alleging that the said lands cannot be equitably divided among said heirs and distributees without a Sale there of. And said petioner --?-- represents that the names, ages, residence, and conditions of the heirs Catherine Thomas Widow of deceased. Margaret wife of Gabriel Mullings resides in the state of Arkansas. Sarah, wife of George Richards resides in Walker County. John C. Thomas, of full age and resides in Blount County Ala. The heirs of Elizabeth Reid. names and ages unknown, reside in Bosque County in the State of Texas.
The heirs of David Thomas, all minors and reside in Blount County. The heirs of Presley Thomas minor, resides in Jefferson Co. Ala and that therefore each heir is entitled to the sum of thirty-one & 18/100 dollars, as their distributive shares of the above sum of dollars found to be due as above stated.
It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the said Margaret Mullings have and recover of the said John C. Thomas as the Administrator of Said Estate the Sum of Thirty-one & 18/100 dollars, her distributive share of said Estate.
And that Nancy L. Yarbrough have and recover in like manner the sum of one and 18/100 dollars, having been paid the sum of thirty dollars her distributive share of said Estate.
And that Milly E. Brakefield, Clarinda C. Brakefield, and Nathan Thomas, Each have and recover of the said Administrator the sum of thirty-seven cents, each, as balance of their distributive shares of said Estate.
And that Elizabeth Thomas, as Guardian of the heirs of David Thomas, deceased, have and recover in like manner the sum of thirty-one & 18/100 dollars, as their distributive share of the Estate. And that Reuben Ellis, as Guardian ad litem of the heirs of Elizabeth Reid deceased, have and recover in like manner the sum of thirty-one & 18/100 dollars, as their distributive share of said Estate.
And that said Reuben Ellis, as Guardian ad litum of the heirs of Presley Thomas deceased, have and recover in like manner the sum of thirty-one &18/100 dollars, as their distributive share of said Estate, for (all of) which --?-- issue.
And it is further ordered and decreed that the said John C. Thomas, Administrator as aforesaid --?--, the sum of thirty-one & 18/100 dollars as his distributive share of said Estate.
