Depth Charge

I think Hasbro has my mind bugged since every time I think up a custom you can buy him on the shelves about six months later. Anyway in my silly little world Depth Charge is the trainer for all the Undertow (s?) that come out of Camp Cobra. This is his battle uniform though. His training uniform is a white sleeveless shirt with thin red short shorts. He spends most of his time over at the girls side of the lake but when Cobra Commander finds out that he left a tape recorder with snoring sounds and a bunch of pillows to look like his body sleeping he's going to be in a ton of trouble. If only they could win the boat race to get the first prize of $1,000.00 to keep the camp open!
