Ricky composes on a freelance basis, recording what comes naturally. With the help of his keyboard and his intuition, here are the recent compositions that he has composed:
Track One: Judy Grimes.
This was inspired by the character Judy Grimes from the TV show "The Walking Dead". The piece reflects the innocence and peacefulness that was shown by the character.
Track Two: God Hides Behind Heavens Door.
This piece of music was composed for educational purposes for an assignment in Ricky's 3rd year. This composition in particular shows inspiration from Ozzy Osbournes' musical writing, as a story is often explained through his own music and lyrics; which is what Ricky has adapted here.
Track Three: The Angel of Plymouth.
This is an instrumental piece using a basic string quartet, made up of Violin I, Violin II, Viola and Cello. This is where Ricky has pushed his boundaries and composed a very emotive and descriptive piece through the music.
