Now that the interview is done and all went well, a thank you note is another strategy that will enhancethe chance of getting the job.  The following is the few suggestions of what should be done.

Should be typed to be seen as professional.

• If they contacted you by e-mail initially, thank you notes can be sent electronically or by hand.

• In the note, thank the person who interviewed you and not to “the person whom it may concern”

• Write about what you liked in the interview.

• Tell them how this job will enhance your skill performance compared to your past experiences.

• Don’t make this letter look like a general letter that was sent to multiple interviewers

• Make it unique to show that you are wholehearted towards them.

• Thank you notes are useful to refresh the interviewer’s memory about you.  Therefore, whenever they think of a position offering, they’d first think of you instantly and most likely hire you.
