What is the stargate?

The stargate is a matter transmitter created by the Acenits.
Now primarily used by the Goa'uld and a few of the more advanced
worlds.



Who is allied with earth?

The SGC has allied them selves with most of the lower civilizations
they have met on there journeys, but thier most powerful allies are
the Asgard, Tollan, and Tok'ra. But if you've been watching season five
you saw that the writers killed off the Tollan in and the Tok'ra in
Sumit.



How many SG teams are there?

I'm uncurrtain of the exact number right now, but there are more than
sixteen.



Who is the SGC's and Earth's gratest foe?

In the previous seasons Apophis has been the biggest threat, but in
seasons five and six Anubis is the one to worry about since he already
took out two allies who were more advanced than earth.
