Free Tuition Fee Program 
The Mata ng Caloocan Foundation, Inc., encourages all high school graduates and out-of-school youths to avail computer courses free of charge at Datamex Institute of Computer Technology located at 11th Avenue Caloocan City. This project is in cooperation with the Barangay, thru its Chairman and the Sanggunian Barangay who nominate/submit their respective scholars.
Mitch Cajayon Computer Learning Center 
Basic computer learning designed for all residents of Caloocan City, ages 12 and up. The center is located at 10th Avenue corner Nadurata St., Caloocan City.
Free Cataract Operation
this project aims to help indigent patients, particularly Senior Citizens residing at Caloocan City, free consultation and cataract operation. This project is in cooperation with Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind.
Medical/Dental Mission and Supplemental Feeding (Malusog na Komunidad) at Barangays 8, 14, 18, 25, 27, 28, 37, 38, 70, 73, 74 and 95.
Hatid Saya Medical/Dental Mission na, Concert pa! held at Barangay 20, Kaunlaran Elementary School on November 16, 2003 and February 20, 2004 at Barangay 52, Grace Park, Caloocan City.
Philippine National Red Insurance Card Distribution - Accidental Death and Disablement Insurance for 100 beneficiaries.
Free Livelihood Training (Designs on Ceramics and Candle Making) - in cooperation with the Technology Livelihood and Resource Center.
Livelihood Seminar on Cosmetology (Foot Spa and Hair Cutting) - in cooperation with Grassroots on Women empowerment Center (GWEC).

In cooperation with KASAMA, Inc. (Kabataang Sama-samang Maglilingkod, Incorporated) and Kasama sa Malinis na Comunidad (KMC) sa Barrio San Jose.
