Free Tuition Fee Program
The Mata ng Caloocan Foundation, Inc., encourages all high school graduates and out-of-school youths to avail computer courses free of charge at Datamex Institute of Computer Technology located at 11th Avenue Caloocan City. This project is in cooperation with the Barangay, thru its Chairman and the Sanggunian Barangay who nominate/submit their respective “scholars”.

The Mata ng Caloocan Foundation, Inc., is a non-stock, non-profit organization duly recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission as per Certificate of Incorporation Registry Nos. CN200324 dated December 3, 2003.
