JUNIOR YEAR- Placed 3rd, 1st, and 6th at League, Regionals, and State respectively. Played mostly jv in bball with a few minutes in varsity. Was named to the All-Academic Team in a tournament and made the final round of the 3 point contest, too. At track league I won both the mile and two mile with personal records of 4:40 and 10:07. After running the two mile I ran the anchor of the 4 X 400 with a 55. I am looking to run at Fort Hays State University, Emporia, State University, or Kansas State University. This senior year has been pretty good. During this year in cross country I have consistently gotten faster. My new pr is 16:21. I placed high enough at the AAU Regionals to qualify for the Nationals in Kentucky on Dec. 4th. At Nationals I got 28th out of 193 and our teams got first and second. I was the tenth runner on our team. I ran a near PR time despite not training the week of Nationals and hardly being able to breathe.
