1.) Confirm your desired vacation date with us by e-mail or use our On-line form or by telephone.
2.)Mail a $100 deposit payable to Cliff Oakley (address listed to left).
3.)You will receive a confirmation letter.
4.)Full payment (including taxes) due 30 days prior to the start of your vacation.
5.)Keys & other information (map, gate pass) will be mailed after receipt of full amount due.

Villa(Condo)
Our villa(condo) sleeps six (maximum 4 adults) and is located at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, Hilton Head, South Carolina. It has a very nice ocean
view and is a short walk to the beach. It is reasonably priced and features:
1 Bedroom w/Queen Size Bed
2 Bunk Beds
Queen sleeper sofa
Full Bath
Fully furnished kitchen w/full size refrig., microwave, coffeemaker
Color cable television, VCR, Stereo with CD player
