Features: Villa is furnished with a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, one set of built in bunks (twin size), and the necessary pillows,
sheets, towels, and blankets. Also provided are color TV, Stereo, VCR, telephone, coffee maker, toaster, oven range, full size refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans and dinnerware, and iron.

Phone: There is private phone that can be used for free direct dialed local calls. Please make arrangements for your long distance calls to be collect
or charged to your credit card. The phone number will be mailed to you upon confirmation of reservations.

Damages: Guest is responsible to repair any damages which occur during occupancy beyond normal expected wear and tear. South Carolina law prohibits the use
of charcoal grills in or around the villas; however, there are designated picnic areas that do allow grills. We cannot be responsible for any lost money, valuables left in your unit or any event beyond our control.

Keys: You will be provided with two keys. Please guard them. If necessary Management will open the unit for you but there is a substantial fee for opening. Keys should be left
on the counter by the phone. If you take them by mistake, please mail them to the Oakley's home address.

Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed due to resort bylaws. If security observes anyone not abiding by this rule, they will be asked to vacate premises.

Other Resort Regulations: Sorry, smoking is not allowed inside the villas or on the private decks. Also no mopeds or motorcycles are allowed beyond the security gate.
