Your email will automatically be forwarded to your personal salesperson, or in the case of new customers a salesperson will be assigned to you. If you do not have a credit account with us you will have to organise payment using an appropriate method as listed below.

Shipping

Digital DVD Master can ship orders to virtually any address in the world. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose.

The below shipping rates are excluding the DVD blank plastic cases, if you wish to recieve DVD cases they can be ordered from your salesperson at additional shipping costs.

When choosing a shipping method, consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and wether you would like to pay the additional charge for Courier service:

AIRMAIL: Parcels sent by Airmail take approx 5-12 working days for the Pacific Rim, and 12-19 working days for Europe, England, and the East Coast of USA. Approximate Airmail charge is $3 for the first dvd, and $1.50 per dvd after this. On large orders EMS is the preffered shipping methods

ECONOMY MAIL SERVICE (EMS): Parcels sent by EMS take approx 3-4 working days for the Pacific Rim, and 4-8 working days for Europe, England, and the East Coast of USA. The following rates apply for shipments sent EMS (USD): $15 for 1-10pcs DVDs. $25 for 11-25pcs. $35 for 26-50pcs. For more than 50pcs please contact your salesperson

If you have an alternative prefered courier service or are unclear on your shipment charges, let your salesperson know and a quote will be generated.

When ordering quantity, choose one of the following options:
-Group items into as few shipments as possible reducing shipment charges
-Ship items as soon as they become available and pay any additional shipment charges

Payment

Payment can be made using different methods, depending on what country you are making payment from. The common forms of payment include: Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal internet payment system, Thomas Cook and American Express Moneygram, International Money Order, Local Account deposit (where available).
The time it takes to verify your payment, and the fees you have to pay will vary depending on the method you choose and where you are making payment from. Contact your salesperson to find out what methods are available to you.
