Welcome.. Digital DVD Master is the internet DVD distribution channel of Siam Inter Ltd, an international retailer/wholesaler of CD and DVD media. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Siam Inter Ltd has partnerships with production facilities in Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and Thailand. Siam Inter Ltd originally started as family run business in 1987 and has grown to be one of the major distributors of asian produced media to clients in Australasia, American, and Europe. Our mission has been to create solid distribution channels that incorporate seamlessly with both the manufacturing industry, and our clients. We believe in a true commitment to service, and have structured our client services to be personal, responsive, and effective. Each client of Digital DVD Master is assigned there own salesperson who will personally follow up enquiries and orders. Your salesperson can be contacted in regards to any questions or problems that you may have.
Returns Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any malfunctioning DVD for replacement, credit towards future orders, or refund. If you receive a DVD that has any imperfections you are requested to contact your salesperson immediatly upon receipt. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Digital DVD Master. We cannot exchange DVDs unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are in unsellable condition will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. When returning any DVDs first contact your salesperson for an RA (Returns Authority) number and for the appropriate return address.
Children If you are under 18, you may purchase from Digital DVD Master only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Customs You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
