Gun is factory in all aspects w 3 dot sights. Finish: factory polycoat, VGC. Also comes with Hogue full wrap & factory plastic grips. INS "slick slide" model, i.e. no safety lever or hammer spur. | Description: | Springfield Model 1878, c1884 .45-70 "trapdoor" single shot rifle with bayonet. S/N 2687xxx Stamp on stock is 1884. Barrel is not rusty but bluing has faded. Stock dinged up but solid. One or two screws slightly burred. |
