Rudder mounting with elastic to hold the rudder both down and up. |
PVC cleat to hold the leeboard up. Still got to figure out the fore and aft
setting on the leeboard but I have some ideas usng elastic and a couple of cleats
and pulleys. This is a jam cleat that I got the idea
from on "The Cheap Pages" |
Should work out OK but the outboard mounted makes the mainsheet foul a bit.
I will have to come up with something for that. |
Mast painted red with the cleats installed. (epoxy and nails) One
for the downhaul and one for the main halyard. I wanted to try to sail her today but it rained so I'll have to do that later. Maybe next week. I'll update this section as soon as there are more pictures worth putting on the web. |
