Getting Started.  First pannels being glued togethere.  I decided to use buttstraps because I wanted to use available material and I would have had to go to Cebu to get the fiberglass tape and resin.
Prating, my neighbor,  cleaning up the excess epoxy on the second 16 foot pannel.  I put plastic between them and glued one over the other so they were exactly the same shap and size.  It worked out pretty good.
Working on the transom and frames.  Prating didn't do all the work but I did take almost all the pictures.    Here you can see the hollow block stacked up on the butt block while the epoxy sets up.
Cutting the 1x3s from 1x4s for the frames.  We used a machete to get the rough shape then a hand plane to finish off the pieces before we glued them to gether with the 1/4 inch plywood gussets.    Gluing was done over the plan and a scrap piece of 1x2 was temporarily nailed across the top of the frame to retiain shape while they dried.
