The Ameri Suite Hotel Violates it's Guests Constitutional Rights.

On Dec 4th, 2003. The Shelton Connecticut Police Department broke into my motel room at the
Ameri Suite Hotel, in Shelton, Connecticut

Following the instructions of the Manager on Duty
without first securing a Search Warrant

So far I went to court on December 5th,2003-December 9th,2003-January 6,2004
February 3rd,2004 - February 17, 2004 - March 10, 2004 - March 24, 2004
April 14, 2004 - May 5, 2004- June 8, 2004 - July15, 2004 - July 19,2004

My next Court Date is NEVER ! The Case was Dismissed

Warrantless Arrest and Warrantless Search Exigency Conditions are as follows :

#1 Firearms present that have been used in a Feloney Crime.

#2 A Felon present that could have other means of escape.

#3 Evidence Destruction

#4 Hot Pursuit

#5Emergency Condition such as Medical, Fire, etc.

#6Gravity of the Offense certainly not simple misdemeanors.

None of these (6) situations apply to that evening at the
Ameri Suite Hotel
on December 4, 2003.
as stated in the Reports of Officers Bango and Debraum.

Yet the Prosecution is preparing to go to a Trial by Jury.
