March 10 - March 24
I have this time frame to present
my case to the Public Defenders Office.
They in turn will make a proposal to the Prosecutor to avoid a Jury Trial.
Seems like the court automatically shadows any defendant who represents
themselves with a court appointed attorney.
A shadow is there to make sure that the defendant's rights are not violated
during Jury Trial.
Maybe there should have been a shadow on the cops when they
violated my rights when they broke into my room !

Web Sites like www.findlaw.com- -www.law.ucla.edu- -expertpages.com-
-www.crfc.org- -www.usdoj.gov-and more, have been more helpful than having a lawyer.
My questions are answered in great detail, if I so desire, and the "price is right".
I also went to the Law library over the court House in Springfield, MA.
The two woman who were on duty were so kind and polite and helpful.
They treated me the way people should treat people.
June 8, 2004
They won't drop all charges , but put them in some sort of storage for 13 months
and if I'm a really good boy they'll be permanently dismissed at that time.
Of course this is if I pay for my 1/3 of the cost of the door that the Police Broke.
No Way ! No Deals ! So now it's ready for Firm Jury.
I'd say that they are some what lost on how government is supposed to work.
The Constitution of the United States should set guidelines
for the Constituition of the State of Connecticut, and those guide lines should be used when the hotel contract is drawn up, but the Prosecution has decided
to get the Contract from the Motel to see if it's written somewhere that they have the right
to violate Human Rights.
The manager knew my schedule and that I worked 12 hours a day.
Doing a little math would make her aware of the fact
that by forcing me to leave the motel that late at night
would put a very tired person out on the road.
Doesn't the hotel have a responsibility for the public safety.
What if I were to fall asleep and cause an accident, and hurt or kill someone.
Is is that worth it just to " Fuel " a power hungry ego trip of an apparently irresponsible night shift manager.
If someone is to be evicted from an apartment that they rent, they are served an "Eviction Notice" with a time limit to leave.
Wouldn't this hold true for someone renting a hotel room, who is tired, and has been awake for many hours?
There was no music playing, no TV was on, nothing generating noise.
Wouldn't leaving in the morning after a nights rest seem more safe and reasonable ?
Wouldn't this show more responsibility on behalf of the hotel ?
July 15 Proposed that the case could be dropped if I were to agree to a payment
to the hotel and a dismissal with in a 13 month period
NO DEAL ! I proposed drop it now, NO Court Charges, NO Hotel Restitution
The Prosecution excepted and the judge did not.
So, off to jury Selection.
July 19, The judge pulled his head out of his ass and allowed for the dismissal on my terms
IT"S OVER !
The courts make it soooo hard for someone to defend themselves in a situation like mine,
and they make it sooo easy to plead guilty.
And how sad it is to know how many people walk around talking about "their rights",
but when those rights need to be defended,
those same people bow down and walk away.
I would feel ashamed of myself if I did not do what generations before have done.
Stand Up ! ! ! for My Rights !
'The LORD hates a Coward ' !
