Beer Review: Cask-Conditioned Dominion Pale Ale
Allowing that my earlier review of OD's Pale Ale might have been influenced by having sampled their Real Ale before trying the Pale, I decided to try them in the reverse order this time around. Of course, I was also sampling the cask-conditioned version of the Dominion Pale Ale, as was immediately evident in the smooth taste. A slightly hoppy aroma and slightly cloudy appearance greeted me when I first had this beer before me. Medium in both color and body, there was a nice, lighter hoppiness at the end. A rather nice brew. -- Brewmeister G
