Beer Review: Dominion Real Ale

This beer is a real treat to drink, let me tell you! Of course, to get this beer (and get it served right) you need to go to the Old Dominion Brewpub itself, because they use a special device to serve it that lets the ale mix with air as it is poured. This is Growler Guy's fave out there & it is a favorite of mine as well. The OD Beer Menu says: 'A traditional English treat. Smooth, creamy, cool, & assertively hopped.' Folks who wish to partake of this ale should note that it is not as carbonated and not served as cold as other ales. It's all for a good cause, though, resulting in a hoppy brew with no unpleasant aftertaste. The head on this beer fell away almost immediately & the beer soon followed it. A must have for visitors to Old Dominion!. -- Brewmeister G
