Sign of the Cross

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
(Generally, the Sign of the Cross is made before and after each set of prayers, whenever prayers are said.)

The Our Father

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. Amen.

The Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace! the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

An Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven, and the pains of hell; but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life. Amen.

Morning Prayers
Generally, in the morning I like to thank God for what I have. I also like to ask Him to help me to be a good person that day, to make good, moral decisions and to be kind to others as well as any special intentions for that day. I end with the prayers listed below:

The Our Father, The Hail Mary, and Glory Be to the Father.

Prayer Before Meals

Bless us, Oh Lord, and these thy gifts which we are about to receive from thy bounty, through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.

Evening Prayers
Generally, in the evening I like to thank God for the blessings I received that day and for keeping me safe as well as asking Him for any special intentions for that day. I also like to try to remember my sins from that day and express sorrow for them. I end with the prayers listed below:

An Act of Contrition, The Our Father, The Hail Mary, and Glory Be to the Father.

A Prayer For Our Young People

God our Father, You see Your children growing up in an unsteady and confusing world.
Show them that Your ways give more life than the ways of the world, and that following You is better than chasing after selfish goals.
Help them to take failure, not as a measure of their worth, but as a chance for a new start.
Give them strength to hold their faith in you, and to keep alive their joy in your creation.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen

A Physician's Prayer

Lord, Thou Great Physician, I kneel before Thee. Since every good and perfect gift must come from Thee:
I Pray
Give skill to my hand, clear vision to my mind, kindness and sympathy to my heart. Give me singleness of purpose, strength to lift at least a part of the burden of my suffering fellow men, and a true realization of the rare privilege that is mine. Take from my heart all guile and worldliness, that with the simple faith of a child I may rely on Thee.
Amen

Family Prayer

God made us a family
We need one another
We love one another
We forgive one another
We work together
We play together
We worship together
Together we use God's word
Together we grow in Christ
Together we love all men
Together we serve our God
Together we hope for Heaven
These are our hopes and ideals
Help us to attain them, O God,
Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
