The Mexico side of the business is an Engineering Graduate of the Toluca University having completed his Masters, and has worked for several years now as a plant representative, resident engineer and launch support in the Toluca area. He has many contacts within the Toluca area automotive industry. He speaks fleuent English.

The U.S. side of the buisness, has 25 years of manufacturing business experience and has successfully obtained QS9000 registration as a Quality Manager. He has worked in the quality assurance field for more than 15 years. He is a certified QS9000 internal auditor and has quality systems consulting experience. He has extensive proccess experience in industries including: Aluminum die casting - machining, injection molding, springs, weather strip - rubber extrusion, Interior Trim and assembly, and many others.

Toluca is a city that is home to approximately 1.2 million people, and many automotive companies are located in the area.
