  An Introduction to Islam
  HOW TO BECOME A MUSLIM
["For We assuredly sent amongst every people a prophet, with the command: 'Worship Allah and avoid false Gods." (Qur'an 16:36)]
["Say: 0 People of the Book! Come to common terms between us and you: that we worship none but Allah, that we associate no partners with Him; that we erect not from ourselves lords and patrons other than Allah.." (Qur'an 3:64)]

  Shari'ah (Islamic Law).
[ "If anyone rules by other than what Allah has revealed they are kafireen (unbelievers)." (TM.Qur'an. Maida 5:47)].

[29:2-3 "Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, "We believe", and that they will not be tested?' "We did test those before them, and Allah will certainly know those who are true from those who are false.' ]

[4/95-96. Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and personsthan to those who sit (at home). Unto all (in Faith) Hath Allah promised good: But those who strive and fight Hath He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a special reward,-
Ranks specially bestowed by Him, and Forgiveness and Mercy. For Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

[" Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion - the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: 'They will worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me. 'If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked. "Qur'an 24:55]

The time for talking has long since passed....

The Kuffers in the West, Far West, Near West, ..., again again attacking the Ummah with full force and no opposition, but for a few words of protest sounding from the mouths of a handful. The Ummah is in a pitiful state, and it is imperative that we awake from our state of slumber, and put effort in to stopping them.
It is vital that we in Britain and elsewhere, especially those studying in Universities and Colleges, realise that with the skills we pick up, we must start to think of ways of defending ourselves. Simply because we in Britain are not being bombared day after day, does not mean we turn a blind eye to what is happening in the world. Does Allah (swt) not tell us in the Qur'an, that the Believers are Brothers, one to another. The Prophet (sws) told us the Ummah is like one body, whereby if a part of it is hurting, the rest feels the pain.

All praise is due to Allah swt that today, we have many Brothers and Sisters within the education system studying disciplines such as Engineering, in all its forms, medicine, and the like.
What use are we and how will we justify ourselves in front of Allah swt when we are using this precious knowledge to help the Kuffers. It is an absolute disgrace that it is left to uneducated Brothers in the Muslim Lands, who do not have anywhere near the access to information we have, being left to think up systems for defending themselves.

["Say: "O my Servants who have excessively wronged their own souls, despair not of God'sMercy: for God forgives all sins for He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. Turn to your Lord (for forgiveness) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that you shall not be helped." (TM.Qur'an39:53-54.)]

A man said, "O Messenger of Allah swt! Informed me of a thing that is equal to Jihad (in Allah’s Cause)! Allah’s Messenger sws said, "You cannot (do that)." The man said, "Inform me of that." Allah’s Messenger sws said, "Can you observe Saum (fast) continuously without eating or drinking (at all) and stand continuously in salat (prayer) from the time the Mujahidin go out for Jihad (till the time they return back home)?" The man replied, "No." Allah’s Messenger sws said, "That is (the thing) which is equal to jihad.

Likewise Allah’s Messenger sws said:

1. The souls of the martyrs are in the green birds dwelling in Paradise wherever they like.
2. That all their sins and faults are forgiven.
3. That each of them can intercede with Allah swt for seventy of his family members.
4. That he will come secure on the Day of Resurrection from the great terror.
5. That he will not feel the agonies and distress of death.
6. That he will not be horrified by the (great) Gathering (on the Day of Resurrection).
7. That he does not feel the pain of "the killing" except like that of a pinch.

And how many agonies and distresses are there for a person who dies on his bed "and a standing (prying) or a sleeping person in Jihad is better than a fasting or standing (praying) person not in Jihad "and whosoever acted as a guard or escort in Allah’s Cause, his eyes will never witness the Fire (Hell) and that a day spent while is in Jihad for Allah’s Cause is better than the world and whatsoever is in it.

[9/29. Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
[2:214 "Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the Help of Allah?" Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allah is near!"]

4/75. And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!"

[4/78. "Wherever ye are, death will find you out, even if ye are in towers built up strong and high!"]

[9/38. O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily tothe earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with theHereafter. (Qur’an 9:38)]
[9/41. Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, and strive and struggle, with your goods and your persons, in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if ye (but) knew. (Qur’an 9:41)]

[3/123. Allah had helped you at Badr, when ye were a contemptible little force; then fear Allah. thus May ye show your gratitude.
[3/126. Allah made it but a message of hope for you, and an assurance to your hearts:(in any case) there is no help except from Allah. The Exalted, the Wise:
["O ye who believe! seek help with patient perseverance and prayer; for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.

And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah. "They are dead." Nay, they are living, though ye perceive (it) not.
Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere, Who say, when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return":- They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance." (Qur'an 2:153-157)]

[3/160. If Allah helps you, none can overcome you: If He forsakes you, who is there, after that, that can help you? in Allah, then, Let believers put their trust.
["O men! Certainly the promise of Allah is true. Let not then this present life deceive you, nor let the Chief Deceiver deceive you about Allah. Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his adherents, that they may become Companions of the Blazing Fire. For those who reject Allah, is a terrible Penalty: but for those who believe and work righteous deeds, is Forgiveness, and a magnificent Reward. Is he, then, to whom the evil of his conduct is made alluring, so that he looks upon it as good, (equal to one who is rightly guided)? For Allah leaves to stray whom He wills, and guides whom He wills. So let not thy soul go out in (vainly) sighing after them: for Allah knows well all that they do!" (Qur'an 35:5-8)]

["When Talut set forth with the armies, he said: "(Allah) will test you at the stream: if any drinks of its water, He goes not with my army: Only those who taste not of it go with me: A mere sip out of the hand is excused." but they all drank of it, except a few. When they crossed the river,- He and the faithful ones with him,- they said: "This day We cannot cope with Goliath and his forces." but those who were convinced that they must meet Allah, said: "How oft, by Allah.s will, Hath a small force vanquished a big one? Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere."
When they advanced to meet Goliath and his forces, they prayed: "Our Lord! Pour out constancy on us and make our steps firm: Help us against those that reject faith."
By Allah.s will they routed them; and David slew Goliath; and Allah gave him power and wisdom and taught him whatever (else) He willed. And did not Allah Check one set of people by means of another, the earth would indeed be full of mischief: But Allah is full of bounty to all the worlds.
These are the Signs of Allah. we rehearse them to thee in truth: verily Thou art one of the apostles." (Qur'an 2:249-252)]
