Q: Is this exercise program only for men with Kallmann's Syndrome?
18 June 2000
A: No, this program will work for any man. HOWEVER, please note that programs like these are available in many places for many different costs. This program is based on my research, and I offer it here EXCLUSIVELY for the men on the KS-LIST mailing list. Please DO NOT share information about this program outside of our group.
Q: I have seen advertisements on the web for the penis lengthening surgery. My understanding is it really doesn't add length to an erect penis but only in the flaccid state. Do these exercises do the same thing or is there actual improvement? I can imagine that as with any "muscle", exercise may cause some muscle mass to increase. Do you think this is what is happening?
18 June 2000
A: I don't know if the surgery adds length in the erect state, but I have read that it can cause the erect penis to point downwards instead of upwards, due to the loss of the support of the suspensory ligament. After all that I've read, I wouldn't consider the surgery at any cost.

These exercises add length in both the flaccid and erect states (as I can personally attest - see My Progress).

The penis is not a muscle, so exercise will not increase its muscle mass. See How It Works to see how these exercises increase the length and thickness of the penis.

Q: This appears to me to be a lot of time, looks like at least an hour of essentially masturbation per day. This seems kinda excessive. How much of the day does it take?
18 June 2000
A: If you want results, you have to put in the work. Yes, if you do all the exercises every day it can take quite a long time. However, if you spend 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening doing different exercises, that should be sufficient to see progress in the first few months. As you see progress, you may be more motivated to spend the time to do the exercises. You may find that some exercises are more beneficial (or more fun) than others. If you put in 30-45 minutes per day, you'll maximize your opportunity for results.
Q: Have you discussed this regimen with any medical professionals? What has been their reaction?
18 June 2000
A: I have not, and I am not a medical professional myself. This regimen is a combination of programs I have found and purchased, and I can only attest to the results that I have personally achieved.
