How It Works

There are three basic methods that exercise will provide to enhance your penis and testicles: inflation, stretching, and improved circulation.

The penis is constructed of several different kinds of tissue. Erections are created by small chambers in the penis filling with blood during arousal. By repeatedly inflating these chambers though exercise, they will stretch, much like inflating a toy balloon over and over again. If the chambers enlarge during exercise, then when they are needed for erection they can fill even larger, and the erection is therefore enlarged as well.

The tissues of the penis can be stretched, gently, through exercise. This will work for the penis shaft to some degree, but is much more evident in the suspensory ligament. This ligament attaches the penis to the pubic bone, and keeps an inch or more of your penis inside your body. By stretching this ligament you can liberate some of this length, making it appear outside your body instead of inside. The "lengthening" surgery performed by many doctors involves cutting this ligament, thereby freeing up some length of penis to now appear outside the body. This process is expensive and can be dangerous. Exercise can replace the need for this frightening procedure and give similar results.

Improved circulation provides a more healthy appearance and feeling to your penis and testicles. Many of the exercises work to provide a good blood flow to the area, which makes it look healthier and feel stronger and more alive.
