Ejaculation

NOTE: This section is a side benefit of my research. It doesn't really have anything to do with the rest of the site, but I thought you might enjoy it.

The climax of the sexual act for the male is ejaculation: the squirting of seminal fluid from the penis. Naturally, this is the important element of sexual reproduction, as it delivers the sperm from the male into the waiting fertile area of the female.

However, ejaculation can also be an important part of the enjoyment of recreational sex. Some men and their partners find it exciting when a large quantity of fluid is produced or when it squirts out with force and for some distance.

Whether you're doing this for your own amusement or for the pleasure of your partner, here are some tips that will allow you to ejaculate more fluid and stronger than ever before.

Nutrition

The supplements mentioned in Nutrition can help you produce more seminal fluid, and will also serve to thin out the fluid you produce. Thinner fluid will squirt much farther than thicker fluid.

In particular, bee pollen and the amino acid L-Arginine are both said to increase the volume of fluid. Take one teaspoon of bee pollen every day. Take 500 mg of L-Arginine and 500 mg of L-Lysine every day (the L-Lysine balances the effect of the L-Arginine).

To boost your sexual performance and dramatically increase the amount of fluid you produce, take an additional 500 - 1000 mg of L-Arginine one or two hours before your sexual activity.

I can tell you from experience that the L-Arginine "booster" an hour before sex causes me to produce 50-100% more fluid.

Other supplements which are said to thin the fluid or cause you to produce more fluid are Schizandra and Avena Sativa (Wild Oats).

Exercise

The Testicle Exercises can stimulate the production of seminal fluid, particularly if you do them just prior to sexual activity.

The PC Squeeze exercise will not only give you greater control over your orgasm, and make your erection bigger and harder, but it will also increase the force with which the semen is squirted out. When you get up to 100 repetitions of this exercise per day, you'll see the difference.

Once I reached that level of exercise, I was surprised to find that the first jet of semen would sometimes travel 18 inches (45cm).

One more little tip to try if you want to shoot extra far:

The first push of semen will fill the tube with fluid, and the second push will force all of it out at once. You'll be amazed at how much is there and how far it squirts!
