PC Muscle Exercise

What will it do:

increase the size and hardness of your erection, give you greater control over your orgasm, and cause you to ejaculate with greater force
How does it work:
strengthens the PC muscle
How do I begin:
Sit up straight.
What do I do:
While seated, clench your PC muscle. To do this, imagine that you are about to urinate but really want to hold back the stream. You will feel a tightness deep in your groin. If you are naked, you will notice that your penis will point upwards when you clench the PC muscle, even if you are not erect.
Regimen:
Clench and hold for three seconds, then release for one second. Repeat.

Start by doing ten repetitions of this exercise on the first day. You might find it to be more difficult than you first imagine. When you can do ten comfortably, add ten more. Keep adding ten until you can do 60-100 repetitions in one sitting without a break. It will be tough! But well worth it.

When you get to 60-100 repetitions, add one or more repetitions during which you hold for 15 seconds or longer, then release.

Personal Note:
This is an easy exercise to do anywhere, anytime. I do it while riding in the car on the way home from work every day.

Once you get your PC muscle into shape, many things will happen. First, you will find that when you have an erection it is harder and bigger when you flex that muscle. This can be very arousing to your partner when your penis is inside her. Flex your PC muscle when you are fully inside her and see what she says to you...
