Added a text based link system for both the frame and frameless versions of the website until i find an adaqaint picture based way to do so.

I got rid of the seperate page for the forum and put it on my main page.

I added 10 polls to the Fun RK Stuff Section and added a counter to the index.html page thanks to Html Gear and Geoticites.

I completly redid the style for every page. this is my new template for this site. hope you like it
I also ended up changing the navigation system, the images and the main index image.
