This part of the site is dedicated to the 95 episode TV series of Rurouni Kenshin. It was originally released in Japan or shown on Fuji-TV, SPE Visual Works, all rights reserved. It is commercially released now in the US by Anime Works. There are no Video files here to Download, I do not promote downloading episodes, or wares. The Story:
As Himura Kenshin became a ruouni (wanderer) and commits to not killing in order to redeem himself for his past killings. As he is walking down the street in a Tokyo, he runs into Kaoru, who is looking for the Hikitori Battousai (manslayer) who is ruining the name of her Dojo. This begins the TV series.

First off, I would like to address some details from the TV series...some people say that Anime Works has done a bad job dubbing or even subtitling the series. I feel that taking out the "ORO" in the dubs does remove some of the feel from the series. Also, Anime Works calls Kenshin, or at least the first tapes/dvds from the first Arc, "Wandering Samurai", when Kenshin is NOT a samurai.

Now that those details are taken care of: Listed below are the episode summaries that appear on the back of the boxes on the VHS/Dvds. They are copyrighted Anime Works. Also, updated continually, are my summaries of each episode based on the subtitled version. Click on the title of each episode for my summary. Also, covers art is the US covers.
