Celebrating our Berner Veterans
In Loving Memory of Mammoet Cerri's Mammoet of Glen Cove November 17th 1999 to August 14th 2010 Adopted, owned and loved by Renee and Richard Jacqier 
"Today I had to let my almost 11 year old berner girl named Mammoet go. She came to us as a rescue about a year ago..... I've learned a lot from this sweet old girl. All she needed was someone to love her and boy did I love her. I will always remember her eyes. You could get lost in them - so much love - you could just see it. I think she blossomed when she realized her life was going to be okay - she was important to someone. Someone cared. It brings tears to my eyes when I think that this is all over. We only had her a year. She deserved many, many more years of happiness. I've heard that dogs live in the moment and I pray that is true so that all the bad stuff was gone and she only felt the love that we gave her and she gave us. We were blessed when we picked up Mammoet to foster or we would have never known this very special girl that became OUR girl."
