Barry
Hi, My name is Lisa Piersol and I live at
431 Hoyt Street Darien, CT 06820. I have an 8 month old Bernese
Mountain Dog named Barry who is male, neutered, has a chip and
is wearing a black collar. He ran away October 10 at 1:00pm from
my home. He was last seen 4 days ago in Westport at 125 Kings
Hwy North at a corner that has a Willows Medical Center. There
were 2 sightings that day. Is there anything you can do to help?

Lost Dog Recovery
We had a Bernese Mountain Dog come into
Animal Welfare Society as a stray. It came in on 4/7 via animal
control and was picked up in Acton ME. If someone from that area
is missing their dog they can contact us at 207-985-3244, they
will need to identify the dog's gender and provide any sort of
proof of ownership (picture, rabies certificate, etc)

Kona,
Missing since Christmas Day.
from Fires Creek Rd in Hayesville NC.
Likely found and then kept. She wears
only a grey flea collar.
She is neutered and is 2 years old. Her family is
devastated and want Kona home, safe and sound, no questions
asked.

Pearl
Portland, Oregon.
Yesterday I took my two dogs to to Lovana
beach at Cannon Beach, Oregon. My Bernese, Pearl aged 7, is very
friendly but also very shy and right as I was headed back to my
car to head home somebody quickly reached for her (either to pet
her or I don’t know…) and my poor baby was spooked.
She was last seen running to and from the beach, near Haystack
rock, with both her harness and leash attached to her.
We are willing to give a monetary reward for anyone who
finds her.
If she is found or if there is any information regarding

2nd '15 - Pearl was found Tuesday safe on a logging road across
hwy 101 . Checked by vet family member she was well and had lost
9 pounds. Credit to the community of Cannon Beach for their
support is doing the right things. The family actively searched
all 5 days. |

Stella
Yesterday, I married my best friend,
Kelsey. We had a great reception and an after party at my family
farm on Rt. 140 in Winchendon, MA. Unfortunately, our 7 month
old puppy Stella was out in a dog pen when she heard some
illegal fireworks, which spooked her, so she jumped the fence
and ran across the street. We've had people looking for her all
night, have all local law enforcement on it, and have put up
fliers.
If you're from Winchendon, Gardner, Ashburnham, Ashby, or
anywhere else in that area please share this status and keep a
lookout. She's microchipped and has a tag on her that says "Atherton".

LOST/HOMELESS dog
along a
dangerous, rural road in Jefferson County, Missouri.
Do you know of anyone missing a
dog in Missouri, or who is missing a dog that somehow landed in
Missouri? No one can lure the dog into their car. He or she is
very scared. The
dog seems to relying on roadkill and people's trash, which will
not last too much longer. The
tail is extremely matted.

June 17th 2015
This sweet girl was found in the middle of
Belmont Ridge Road in Ashburn, Virginia, almost at the
intersection with Gloucester Parkway.
She had a plain black nylon collar on with no tags.
I took her to the emergency vet and they scanned her for a
chip twice but didn’t find anything. She isn’t injured
and doesn’t seem to have been in any fields or woods,
judging by how healthy she seems. She also seems to have been
treated for fleas or ticks recently as I smelled something like
Frontline on her coat. She is well-taken care of right now and
has a place to stay inside a home for as long as it takes to
place her back with her family.

Kona is a
100lb 9 month old Bernese Mountain Dog
He is
micro-chipped
Kona was on
the deck when someone set off fireworks frightening him, he ran
through the Invisible Fence, into the woods across the street
from my home.
The K9
trackers picked up places Kona had been sleeping and laying in
streams in the woods that back up to the homes in Tiffany Park,
and Arbor Green.

collar with tags on, but the number on his tags is incorrect. He
is microchipped also. He went missing by center street in Provo.

6 month-old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy
Guinevere
"Guinnie" disappeared out of her owner's yard in the
Finley area outside of Kennewick, Washington (near Finley and
Cochran Roads) early Friday evening. Guinnie weighs about 50
pounds and has more white on one side of her muzzle than the
other and big white paws. She is microchipped for permanent
identification.

PLEASE HELP!! A plea
for HELP to all of my FB and longtime friends in the
Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle area We desperately need more manpower to
help in the hunt for Kathy Jone's saluki Chanel. She has been
missing since Wednesday, March 5th in Shelton WA (Olympia area)
If ANY of you have a kennel club, or dog training group or group
of individuals who would kindly donate part of their weekend to
help in the search for our girl, we would be eternally
grateful....this is a fairly quiet area with quite a bit of
forested land near the water... so with more people searching,
there is a very good chance that Chanel will be found. She could
be injured and holed up somewhere and there are just not enough
hours in the day for Kathy and her family and friends to search
every nook and cranny. As dog friends we are famous for sticking
together and helping each other and we all know painfully well
that this could happen to any of us.

They found Chanel but not alive. No details as yet, so sad! |

On November 21st the Gallatin Family lost their 4-legged
family member, Boo, in a storm. They had just moved to the area
the day before. A big wind storm hit, and a transformer blew
up...... Boo is still on the run. He has traveled many miles and
has been sighted multiple times.
The Gallatins have fought for Boo at each step of the way,
They have done all the right things. They deserve the ultimate
holiday gift of having Boo home.

- Boo, the Berner missing in the Napa Valley area of CA was
recovered yesterday afternoon…alive, safe and in remarkably
good shape after 30 DAYS on his own. Boo was uniquely suited to

Missing since February 4th 2013
Holly Hills/Ijamsville area MD
Jilly is a small female, 70#, and extremely timid but very
sweet and calm, and has no bite history. She was fostered for
six weeks in eastern PA, and placed in her adoptive home in
Ijamsville, MD, on Saturday, Feb 2. On Monday afternoon
(yesterday) she escaped the fenced yard.
She is wearing a turquoise and green collar with tags and
she is microchipped. She has a large swiss kiss on the back of
her neck. Her tag says her name is Maribelle, the name the new
owners decided to call her, but she will more likely answer to "Jilly"
or "Jilly-o". Anyone who spots her please contact me
or the family identified on the facebook page.
