Great site for ordering protein drink samples, so you can try out the many brands available at general nutrition or vitamin stores before you buy them in big canisters. This site does offer fairly priced nutritional supplements as well.

This group is for weight loss surgery folks who are devoted to using this surgery "tool" to get healthy, and stay healthy.. Beware, you are entering a protein mix zone... Join at your own risk. Here you will find great protein shake recipes and other protein information. Eat it, drink it, mix it, blend it, sprinkle it on popcorn, cook with it, but dont boil it.

A Yahoo Groups support forum for people who are at least one year out from WLS and have passed the pre-op and immediate post-op periods. A good source for longer-term "Graduates" of WLS to meet and share issues that arise after at least one year has elapsed since surgery and real life begins to settle in. These might include issues like weight maintenance, body image, happy success stories, serious warning stories, long-term living ideas.
