As an Englishman, I love travelling. I now have 103 countries, dominions and autonomous republics under my belt. I have kept extensive summaries of many of the countries visited and some of the stupid things I've done. Some of the information may be current and useful. Some of the stories may be entertaining. It may all be twaddle. Who knows?
Latest Movement: July 2009. I completed for the Paris Marathon in April (it wasn't pretty) and spent a week in Oman scuba diving - for a 6th time. I am in training for another endurance event in South Africa for October. Kalahari Augrabies Extreme Marathon
