The first camping set for Sindy was launched, which consisted of an orange tent, camp bed and sleeping bag.

1975

A new ‘Camper Buggy’ set was introduced. It consisted of the yellow buggy (see Cars section) and a blue cloth tent.

1976
|
The tent included with the buggy was now a blow up type and came with blow up sleeping bag.

1980
|
A caravan was introduced for Sindy. The caravan was made of vinyl in blue, white and yellow and had a lift up side giving easy play access.

Another new camping set was introduced named ‘Camping Scene’ which consisted of an orange double roomed tent, sleeping bag and accessories. This was sold in addition to the ‘Camper Buggy’ set.

1981
|
Sindy’s caravan received a few alterations. It was now injection moulded and had a yellow removable roof instead of lift up side.

1982
|
|
Sindy’s caravan received a few more alterations. The roof was now orange and it had a matching orange base.

1984
|
‘Camping Scene’ was replaced by ‘Camping Adventure’. The new set had a double roomed tent in blue and a folding camp bed. This could all be stored in the red trailer which matched Sindy’s new Range Rover car.

1986
|
‘Camping Adventure received the ‘pink treatment’ and now no longer came with a trailer.
|

1991
|
|
Sindy received a new up-to-date camping set. The bright pink, semicircular tent came with flat sheet and sleeping bag plus many other accessories such as a swing ball game and a bowling set.

|
1994
|
A 4x4 Camper Van was introduced. The red van transformed into a camper with a sleeping area and a bathroom area.
