Our yellow label hot sauce is our hottest sauce so far (that is until the gold label is released).  It is made from a yellow thai pepper that packs some heat but once it is in a sauce it mellows a bit.  It's hot, but not screaming hot.  This sauce seems to be popular with men. 

Our green label is a nice full flavored jalapeno sauce. Some people just like jalapeno sauces.  To me they're always secondary.  But this one grows on you as you use it and you'll find your bottle empty in no time.

Our Private Reserve is a richer, thicker, and hotter cayenne sauce. It is a little more expensive but worth it.  This is Whitey's favorite and supplies are limited.

Our chile powder is perfect for anything you don't want to add a vinegar based sauce to.  Great for any soup, chili, or casserole. Put it on pizza, rice, or macaroni and cheese. Rub it on beef, chicken, but best on pork.  It's awesome cooked in dishes but can also be used on individual portions because it doesn't necissarily need to be cooked in to flavor well.  It is the product most widely used by whitey.
