Day Time Shimmer
* eyes ; Liven up your lids with Going Steady Eye Defining Pencil, then try finishing it off with Hi-Fiber Mascara in 'basic black' on only the upper lashes. This way it'll bring out your eyes more. Since it's the summer, tend to lean more in the bright colors for applying eye shadow.

* cheeks ; For a frsh glow, try sweeping Blushing Cheeks in 'blushing earth,' or 'blushin glow' on the apples of your cheeks. Try to use so much, or else you'll be blushing for real. Try and have match or blend with your eye make-up, and your lipstick.

* lips ; For shimmery lips, try the new Lucky Star Pure Sparkling Lip Color, in a pinkish / reddish color. Brown goes really well with dark complextions, with dark eyes. Try using no lip liner, and see the difference with and without it.

* Creating a nice day look for your eyes involves a medium color eye shadow in your eye lid from the lash line up to the eye crease. Blend a deeper shade into the crease and slightly above. It'll give the smoky, yet glittery effect.

* Never line the bottom line of your lashes, it makes your eyes look even smaller.

* For an evening look, use darker colors, and blend more than on color together so you get a kind of brown that blends in with your skin.
