WHY HAVE AN INSPECTION?

Peace of Mind!

We can remove much of the anxiety of purchasing property by exposing defects and other types of conditions, prior to closing, while there is still time to do something about it. We greatly reduce unanticipated expenses in the first few years of ownership. Many buyers use our detailed report in making their buy/no buy decision. Others use it to have their expensive repairs made prior to closing. See why so many smart buyers rely on Tennessee Building Inspection for their home inspection. Your inspection order can be made online by using our response page.

Our inspectors work directly for you. They are not representing any other parties to the transaction. This means you receive a truly unbiased report. No one else represents you in this way. Appraisers are more interested in the overall value of the property, not the specific condition of the structure or the components.
