Our price structure for inspections is based on the selling price of the home.
The basic price for homes selling for less than $350,000 is $350
For homes selling for more than $350,000 the price is 1/10th of one percent the selling price of the home.
Radon testing is $150 without a home inspection or an additional $100 if done at the time of the home inspection.
Lead testing is $125 without a home inspection or an additional $90 if done at the tine of the home inspection.
