Life Sucks
So I'm sitting in math class, just got back yet another failing quiz, and this girl comes up to the front asking just about the dumbest question I've ever heard. She couldn't add. I swear. My teacher says it's ok, that 10 years ago he would have yelled at her, but he had since realized that today's youth spend all their time watching MTV and that this is a common problem. I must have had a shocked look on my face, because my teacher told me it was just a joke. I laughed it off, but inside I got to thinking.
So while I'm sitting at home and falling off skateboards, the rest of "today's youth" is watching MTV? What do they get from that? Fashion tips from Barbie dolls on heroin? Subliminal advertising telling them to spend all of daddy's money on what MTV wants? These kids drive their SUVs, smoke their menthol cigarettes, and complain when their NSYNC CD gets scratched. This is the future of our nation. Business leaders of tomorrow are going to take relaxing time outs to the corporate, prefab, computerized music that will someday be called "classic". If you think life sucks now, wait till all those kids who don't think you're cool (read: a sheep) enough start making your decisions for you in government, music, and every other aspect of our lives. I for one cannot wait. The unoriginal leading the blind. So buy a fresh pack of Newports, because we're going to be here for a while.

Life Sucks
Everyone who's life is a dead end will know what this column is meant to be about. Send in any stories or things you'd like to say or complain about, and they will be posted. Til then, I'll just moan about how much life sucks for me.
Between accidental bodily injuries and my natural mental state, things haven't been going very well. No skating because of a pulled groin muscle which is taking forever to heal, no good school stuff because failing sucks, and all my friends are as stupid as me. On top of that, weather has sucked lately and it's getting colder. So my only choice is to stay inside and do what Aaron does or play video games. Sega Genesis rules. Questions or comments to:
