I have written here once or twice before, but for those of you who have no idea who I am, let me explain. In early 1999, I released a book called "Confessions of an Intergalactic Anthropologist" that chronicled my lifetime of contact and what I have learned from my interactions with our cosmic visitors. Since last February, through only word of mouth, it has been read in nine countries, showing the hunger people have for information about this repressed topic. With a lot of trepidation, I began to speak out when invited to address audiences. I saw that a large segment of the population on this planet is having experiences with extraterrestrial races, despite the media blackout about it.
Ironically, once the book came out, I stopped having the physical visits. I felt like I had been tricked into going into the water. ("Go on in, we're right behind you!" Then I turned around after getting wet and found no one was there but me.) I have been left alone for years at a time before but now that I have gone public to speak about my relationships with other beings--what a time to stop the visits! They always resume, but I wondered how long this dry spell would last. Apparently, it's over now. They were here Tuesday, the same day that many people reported sightings.
Here is what happened. Around 1:30 AM, I awoke to feel the energy shooting through me, as happens before the dimensions warp and contact occurs. It does not always take place the same way each time. I think this is because different races do it differently, perhaps it reflects their technological capabilities. It was a gentle build up flowing through my limbs, rather than the usual concentration in the trunk or back of the neck. Yet, I was not comfortable. There was no previous warning--sometimes they give you signs they will be there before the event, but not always. Instantly, I asked to delay the visit--it had been a while and as I explain to audiences, it can be a bit of a shock to your psyche; at least it is to mine. Although I don't know which group was here this time, it was notable that they left. They respected my wishes. This is important because it reflects on their understanding of our race and regard for us.
Although folks often condemn the entities that proceed despite people's protestations, one of my goals is to help us humans understand why the "invasive" visits happen. We have to stop assuming that other life forms have the same goals and ideas that we do. Our processes, ways and expectations do not match other species. What we see as violent disregard for our rights has no meaning to some other cultures. Let me provide an analogy. A vegetarian may shudder with revulsion as a carnivore eats a hamburger, yet to the average American, it's a staple part of the diet. They cannot understand, nor care, why the vegetarian may find the act heinous. It's a way of life. Some other races need to be "educated" about our parameters, or given a reason they can understand why they should alter their activity.
This is one of the reasons I stepped forward to educate people about contact. We will need to act cohesively as a planet establishing parameters and negotiating ways of entry for the species that enter without preparation, but this really cannot happen en masse until disclosure comes out into the open. Also, we need to be educated about many things we do not currently understand--modes of travel that involve dimensional warping and coordinate matching; laws of universal principles that go beyond current physic's understanding of reality, and biological capabilities of our body that are currently untapped. These elements of advanced understanding will take us to a more equal footing with our visitors. I believe we have a right to this information, but we must also develop our spiritual responsibility along with it.
Because I did not proceed with contact on Tuesday, I cannot tell you if there is any special reason why things happened as they did this week. I do think there is great significance to the timing, however, and that something is up. Not only did I have them visit here in Phoenix, people reported seeing crafts in many states, especially eastward over the next day or so.
In 1997, they revealed to me that they were accelerating the timeline for global disclosure on our planet. Despite the lack of media acknowledgment, they have proceeded as stated. Look at the attitude shift in the past two years about this topic. More people are open to the subject and acknowledge we must not be the only species out there. Many even speak out about their sightings and personal contact experiences. We are very slowly shifting from ridicule to understanding. And interestingly, this latest incident is timed along with the display of the Leonid meteor showers. A period when many people who ordinarily don't look up in the skies are outside and waiting for a nighttime show. The meteor display was advertised to be most spectacular for the eastern coast--and that's where many of the reports came from. So this week could be just part of the orchestration of the overall plan to help us begin to understand we are not alone and will soon be meeting our visitors. They might be letting our leaders know they are continuing with their timeline through these obvious displays. In fact, I believe that is what is happening.
There is also the possibility that someone on Earth may be planning an action that could have significant consequences and the display was a reminder that they are here and watching. There have been stories told about military actions that our visitors interfered with. Although each person must make up their own mind when they hear these tales, I believe many of them are true.
I feel somewhat conflicted when these things happen. If I had not put the brakes on that night, perhaps I would have learned something of significance pertaining to what is happening right now, something more than I presume to know. I have been chastised by some because I am rather cautious when I speak out; they feel I have a responsibility to tell everything that I might ever know. I disagree. I believe it is my right to proceed within my own comfort level. But these comments have caused me to reflect about how the knowledge I have can benefit others.
Despite that people from all over the world have called and written to say thanks for speaking up and share their own experiences, on Sunday, before the visit, I was going to hang it all up and embark on a different pathway in my life. (I frequently get discouraged and think I am nuts to do this.) Instead, I am going to take the next step. I will step out to a greater degree to let people know what I have learned from my association with many different off-planetary races. The education can shift a contact visit to one of empowerment rather than victim. So I will let the law of supply and demand direct the future. I don't want to be a pariah feeding off of the UFO phenomenon, but if I can offer something of value, I will step further into the fray. You be the judge. UFO's and ET's (watever the race), wreck peoples lives, mine included. Also Humans who know l have been in contact and have a great interest in UFO's and ET's have contributed adversely to my social standing and general well being and this was the main reason l got up a web ie 'Telepath story' (see paragraphs 16 to 18).
l am also very certain l have been abducted and of course my recollections are very hazy but l do not want to have regression hypnotherapy because of some of the consequences of it l have heard about from particularly one of my family members namely my Aunty (now dead) who became almost vegitable like for many years after hypnosis therapy.

PS. lf you are mearly fishing out people apposed to ET contact, (l know ET's are on Earth and doing this in order to silence them), then you will find l will become very very active not only on the web but any and everywhere else possible with no expense spared and dispite any threats to my life.
hi christopher, i'm now begining to get covered by the local media. the baltimore city paper wrote an article on mr last week and t.v.11 news did an interview with me on tuesday evening. i'm getting a lot of response. did you analyze my footage? i video taped a white ufo at 3:45pm and then 3:48pm, over my backyard.the object was bright white and no sound. it moved not as fast as a rod, but faster than a plane. i could send you a copy. t.v.11 is coming to my home ,later today for a look at some more footage . please keep in touch your brother, bill.
