Most of my fave Aussies are already featured on my fave males page (funny that!) ;) but one i haven't mentioned there is Hugh Jackman. Now becoming more known in the movie world (X-Men, Paperback Hero'...) he is also a great singer and really nice guy (or so i've heard). :)
Two grat sportstars (also being aussie athletes) are Ian Thorpe and Matt
Shirvington. Ian is an Olympic swimmer, and at only 17 yrs has done himself and Australia
very proud. He was the proud winner of 4 medals in the 2000 Olympics ( 3 gold and 1 silver),
and is known as a great guy, friendly, caring and down to earth!

Then there's Matt, who now only 22 yrs old, was dubbed 'the fastest white man in history' after completing 100m in 10.03 seconds! He had some bad luck a the Olympics, missing out on the 100m and then having to pull out of the 2nd heat of the 200 due to sickness. But we are still very proud of him and look forward to his future races!
