Aussies tend to be stereotyped as being pretty down to earth, casual people, eating meat pies and beer and behaving much like Mick Dundee *lol*. We also live in the desert, have kangaroos for pets..(or at least hopping down the streets!) ;) and we're constantly chucking another steak on the barbie! haha! *grins* yeah, sure! :)
We do in fact have a number of native animals, the most common (and the cutest!) being:
- Kangaroos (and their related family, including wallabies and wallaroos)
- Koalas
