Okay, we've got 246-242, Bush leading. It's 11:43 P.M. CST, and it's still too early to tell how soon the race will be over. It all hinges on Florida. Earlier in the evening, CBS reported that Gore carried Florida, but they later embarassingly had to rescind that. Now it seems that FL could go either way. Like HST sez, it's better than sex.
Now, we've got matters less national to relate. I drove to Pinson today to vote, but all nine Alabama electoral college votes went to Bush despite my democratic vote. Rats.
So I fell asleep in my childhood bedroom on the futon I assembled on New Year's Eve, 1998. Sleeping on it is much nicer than sleeping on the college bed.
J.R. confirmed my girl-on-the-phone suspicions.
And I'm really tired and I should be getting the LINUX box in soon. Real soon.
