~Chapter 19~

His head jolted up when he heard her voice. "What is this shit?" she yelled pointing to a line of white powder on the edge of the sink, and a rolled up dollar bill in Kevin's hand. "Why are you doing this?" Her voice cracked in rage and she was so enraged that her anger almost turned to tears. "I swear I just started using drugs recently. The night of your surprise party, the night I realized that I screwed up with Brian one too many times. It's all I have left." He cried. "Please don't tell the guys, especially Brian, they already hate me enough." "You were high on cocaine the day you fucked with Bri's food, weren't you? You had no idea of what you were doing!" He nodded and tried to hide the tears that were cascading down his face. "I need it now, please let me", his body began to shake and she thought he was going to lose control of himself and break down. She went to the sink and washed it all down the drain. "I need it, please" his legs weakened and he fell to his knees begging.. He saw somebody move in the doorway. "Brian!" he cried out, "I can explain." Brian didn't say anyhting, he just walked over to Kevin, pulled him up off the floor, and hugged him. Kevin couldn't help but cry uncontrollably on Brian's shoulder. "Cuz, what's happening to you?" Brian whispered, more to himself than to Kevin. ~**Chapter 20**~
