** Second Chances**

Jackie arrived in Hawaii and checked into her hotel room. When she had gotten in her room she had noticed there was two dozen of red roses waiting for her. She read the card that was in it and it said," Jackie in due time you will know who I am. I saw these and thought of you. Love, Secret Admirer." " I wonder who these are from." she said out loud and got ready to go the beach.

Meanwhile on the plane Howie was looking out the window and AJ had noticed. He sat down next to him and noticed that Howie was holding a picture of the two of them together. " Are you nervous?" AJ asked him. " Of course. Why do you ask?" he responded back. " You seem to in another world." " I guess I am but I can't help it." " Just remember she's going to be in your arms in no time."

Back in Hawaii, Jackie was walking along the water and thought about Howie. " Getting a divorce from Josh was the hardest thing for me, but breaking it off with Howie was the most devasting thing for me." she said and closed her eyes. On the plane AJ had noticed that Howie was distracted but knew why. About three hours later, Jackie was coming back from the beach when she had bumped into Tiff. " Oh my god. I didn't know we were staying in the same hotel?" Tiff asked. " I didn't know you guys were going to be here either. Who's all here?" Jackie asked. " Well the benefit concert is here." " Where is your room?" " Actually 3 doors from you. " " Where's AJ?" " He's in the room sleeping. We should get together. I mean for dinner or something." " Yeah we should. Where is everyone?" " Brian, Leigh and Megan are sight seeing, Kev and Kris are in their room, Nick is resting." " They brought Megan?" she asked. " Yeah, because O-Town is in the show and you know how much Megan loves them." Tiff said. " O-Town is coming? WOW, DLF is really bringing people here.I love their new single. Tiff, where is Howie?" Jackie asked. " I don't know why?" " Just asking.Well I should let you go and get ready." she said give me a call later.

Jackie was in her hotel room on the balcony. She was sitting there for awhile watching the waves crash, watching Nick having fun with Megan, Brian and Leigh. Nick looked up at her smiled and waved, as Jackie went back to the room, Howie appeared with the rest of the guys. He looked up to the window and just barely missed Jackie. Howie hadn't seen Jackie since they got here. She was in her room laying down listening to the radio. When the radio was turned on the DJ started to play, " Back To Your Heart." She turned the radio up alittle more and as soon as Brian started to sing Howie heard it and turned back to the wave. " I don't know how it got so crazy..But I'll do anything to set things right..'Cause your love is so amazing..Baby you're the best thing in my life..Let me prove my love is real..And made you feel the way I feel..I promise I would give the world..if only you would tell me girl... Jackie had found herself crying and realized tht she had messed up the only true relationship she had. " What the hell did I do wrong? These words are true for me. I don't know how it got so crazy. Yeah I do. I started to work for Josh and ended up marrying him. At the same time I destroyed the only true relationship I can think of." she said to herself and decided to go downstairs.

As she got downstairs she had seen AJ and Tiffany in the lobby. AJ noticed her off in space thinking and knew that she needed someone to talk to. " Jackie, hey girl." he said and hugged her. " Hey guys." she said. " What's wrong?" " Nothing just have alot on my mind." The three of them started to talk and were sitting down. AJ and Tiff looked at eachother and realized it was great seeing Jackie smiling again. They hadn't see her smile in a long time, but knew that she was faking it. There was only one person that could keep her smiling and that was Howie. As they were talking Howie, Brian and Nick spotted them and he just stopped in his tracks. " Go talk to her." Nick said. " I don't know. I don't want to make things complicated." " What's stopping you? There is something wrong. Go find out." Brian said. " Maybe she's upset about Josh." " She's maybe upset because she misses you. Look she's holding back tears." " I'll find out." Brian said. About a few minutes later Brian came up behind Jackie and hugged her. " Hey you." he said. " How are you?" " I'm doing okay. How long have you been here?" " About a few days. Where's Leigh and Meg?" " Ohh upstairs taking a rest." Howie was watching them talking and looked out the window. It would've been the first time in a few weeks since he saw her and she was looking great. It was great to see her laugh and smile. He missed that and missed alot of stuff about her. " D, why don't you go talk to her?" Nick asked. " I can't I have a meeting." he said. " No, you don't. Angie said you don't have one until tomorrow." he said as they walked towards him. " Hey, guys I got to go and head for a meeting. It's nice seeing you all." he said and avoided Jackie and left. " Well guys I got to go and get ready for dinner. See you all around." Jackie said and left. They all knew she was hurting because of seeing Howie again.
