Description: Veil has no defined appearance. He can appear in virtually any form, but his preferred one is that of a humanoid wrapped in a black hooded cloak with a veil covering his face. The rules of the SWF state that he must adopt a physical form during a match, and he used a human form. Howver, this human form, which generally changes from one match to the next, is nothing more than a temporary shell he uses to fight with.

Entrance: The lights flash randomly, a wierd static sound can be heard, and the HellTrons flash on and off with the words "CONSORTIUM OF NIGHTMARES". Two lightning bolts hit the centre of the HellGate, and Veil is suddenly standing there.

Biography: Veil is a general in the interdimensional syndicate dedicated to the service of the dreaded Godkiller Pitt, known under many different names, such as the Masters of Reality or the Consortium. In Hell, they are known as the Consortium of Nightmares. Veil is the designated leader of the contingent placed in Hell. Their overall purpose in Hell is not known, but is not thought to be one of conquest. Lucifer Morningstar, the ruler of Hell, is not a God and therefore not a target, though the relationship between him and the Consortium is strained at best. The Consortium of Nightmares once had a huge grouping in Hell, during the time of the 1st SWF incarnation, and were involved in many great battles. Nowadays, the Consortium's presence is maintained by a small but powerful unit. Veil is one of the SWF's most infamous participants, having either fueded or allied with most of the other inhabitants. He has held the InterDimenesional title and the SWF title itself, and his battles with the likes of Lycan, Phoenix and Dante are the stuff of legends. He is also the holder of the Seventh Seal title, won in an event that took place between the SWF and the Earth-based KCW, defeating Apollyon for the title.

Other Information: Veil is apparently the conciousness of the very substance that reality is made up of, a substance that he refers to as "Darkness Primal". As such, he is a truly versatile and frustrating opponent to face, and the limits of his power, if any, have yet to be tested. This makes him virtually indestructible - he has survived impalment, dismemberment, and even being dissolved in acid - though not undefeatable, despite what the evidence may say.
